Wyandotte County, Kansaspending sales contunie to improve, while Wyandotte also remains one of the most affordable (in terms of housing prices) in our metro.

Buyers the number of new listings equals those with price reductions with another 18% of previous listings came back to market. Now is the time to find that dream home and negotiate with fewer competitors.

Sellers, the number of homes sold remains strong, while the number of pending sales has dipped just slightly. Bring that home to market while it’s an easy chore to find your new home, just before the holidays!

There is still competition, just a little less of it. There are still multiple offers but we are seeing far fewer appraisal gap waivers and inspection waivers. We have even seen an uptick in contingencies for the sale of buyers homes being accepted.

Wyandotte county, the smallest in the State, lies mainly between Kansas and Missouri Rivers, as they approach each other to make a juncture at the city of Wyandotte. With the exception of Shawnee Township which lies south of the Kaw River the county is in the general shape of a triangle. It is bounded west and north by Leavenworth County northeast to the south by the Missouri River. and southeast by the Kansas River Johnson County lies to the south of Shawnee Township.
