Weekly KC Metro Market Update
Belton home sales swung upward dramatically this past week, while across 71 highway, Raymore homes sales are slower, influenced by a differetn school district and average home sales values of amost $100,000 greater.
And crazier still is the increase in mutiple offers driven by strong buyer demand in the face of higher mortgage rates. The not so simple driver is the increase in inventory options are encouraging buyers, as mortgage rates stabilized a bit in the face of an increased Fed rate.
