This week, we saw 11 new homes listed for sale in Liberty, with 10 homes sold and 2 pending sales. The average sales value and average sell value were $278,000 and $290,000, respectively, suggesting that this is a strong market with good potential for sellers. The days on market were just 7, indicating a high level of demand in the area.
In Gladstone, we saw five new homes listed for sale, with three homes sold and six pending sales. The average sales value and average sell value were $251,000 and $253,000, respectively, with days on market at 17, which is still a strong showing.
Finally, in Kearney, we saw one new home listed and an impressive five homes sold, with an average sales value of $450,000 and an average sell value of $459,000. The days on market were just 12, indicating a high level of demand in this area.
