Additionally, the number of pending sales reached an encouraging 32, showcasing continued interest and potential growth on the horizon.

It’s worth noting that the average sales value and average sell value in the Kansas City Metro area stood at $328,000 and $333,000, respectively. These figures reflect the stability and appeal of the local real estate market, providing favorable conditions for both buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
