The only way we could get ahead is to engage a new, more innovative buyer’s agent. ‘We hired Bryan Bott and wow did things change”, Kirby tells us.
Bryan had explained not to worry….”Rates dropped last week, and are hovering at 6% for well prepared buyers.”
Jane and Kirby are wearing ear to ear smiles! “We’re headed out to look at homes with a renewed sense of hope!”.
