Let’s start with Leavenworth, where we had 10 new homes listed and 8 homes sold in the past week. The average list value was $215,469, while the average sell value was $213,863. There are also 8 pending sales, so things are definitely heating up in Leavenworth!
Over in Basehor, we saw 3 homes listed and 6 homes sold, with an average list value of $374,158 and an average sell value of $377,000. And get this – there are currently 3 pending sales, and they’re all moving fast with an average of only 11 days on the market!
Tonganoxie didn’t have any new homes listed in the past week, but we did see 4 homes sold with an average list value of $283,450 and an average sell value of $290,100. There’s only 1 pending sale right now, and it’s been on the market for an average of 106 days. So it seems like things are moving a little slower in Tonganoxie at the moment.
