Weekly KC Metro Market Update
Kansas City real estate continues to celebrate the more balanced experience for both buyers and sellers as the numbers reflect the second straight week of lower Average Sales Prices and Average List Values along with lower New Listings and Homes Sold.
For Buyers frustrated by the pace and prices this past spring and summer, and for Sellers who were worried about where to go when they sell their home, this is a great time to make the move for all.
There is still competition, just a little less of it. There are still multiple offers but we are seeing fewer appraisal gap waivers and fewer inspection waivers. We have even seen an uptick in contingencies for the sale of buyers homes being accepted.
