3. Market Stability: Despite fluctuations in other metrics, the average sold price remains resilient, holding steady at $338,083. This stability indicates a balanced market where fair value is being achieved for both buyers and sellers.

4. Adjustments and Adaptations: We’ve observed a notable decrease in the number of listings with price reductions, down another 6% to 365 homes. This suggests that sellers are becoming more aligned with market expectations right from the start.
