THE INDEXKC- KANSAS CITY KS BONNER SPRINGS EDWARDSVILLE MARKET UPDATE
Weekly KC Metro Market Update
When you look at the average sales values, it’s tough to believe three cities with such disparate average sales values exist in the same county.
Buyers, Edwardsville homes are moving quickly and for several good reasons; great schools, awesome access to shopping, restaurants, sports facilties and close proximity to the airport with a small town feel.
Sellers, marketing is done on a “micro market” level; keep in mund the marketing strategy you’d use in a Bonner Springs home isn’t likely to be successful in the Kansas City, Kansas market. List values, days on market, number of price reductions and pending sales clearly demonstrate the need for a different approach.
