Higher scores and higher average sales values go hand in hand with districts that are funded more generously than others.” Bryan goes on to say, “Keep in mind, when you’re looking online at homes think ‘micro not macro.'” “Find the areas you like then make sure your Realtor does their homework to put you into the districts that deliver better scores, better prces, and best appreciation.”
