Buyers mortgage rates have risen and will continue to rise. The right time to buy your next home is when you’re ready. Inventories have risen with rates and you’ll compete with fewer buyers….Two more rate hikes are planned for this fall; if waiting is in your timeline, we’ll be there to help when you’re ready.
Sellers though rising rates have thinned the buyer pool, inventories are at historic low levels. That means well prepared homes listed at reasonable values will sell quickly. Days on market in Cass County have extended beyond the 25 average days for the rest of the metro….Sellers need to think “fair and reasonable” as guidelines for list values.
