And this is happening while mortgage interest rates are good, though not ideal. Cass County buyers must be getting the message; get into the market while there are fewer mutiple offers, you will have the opportunity to refinance as rates improve.
Buyers, keep in mind the confluence of sagging home sales values and rising inventory numbers will bring a smile to your faces! Sellers, keep in mind thos ashort term situation as the market influences that are keeping home prices relatively level won’t last forever, and they do not impact equity growth while inventories are low.
