Cass County List Values and Sales Values continue to move closer to one another as interest rates compress demand. Love the cast that New Listings continue to trend ahead of Homes Sold; this means Buyers and Sellers are moving closer to a position of equlity.

Cass County is a county located in the western part of the U.S. state of Missouri and is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area.
