Cass County List Values and Sales Values continue to move closer to one another as interest rates compress demand. Love the cast that New Listings continue to trend ahead of Homes Sold; this means Buyers and Sellers are moving closer to a position of equlity.

Seller it’s time to lets us take that home to market while prices are trending upward, though a bit more slowly than last week. Buyers, let’s write those offers while we face fewer multiple offers; this is your time to buy your dream home.
